WARRANTY

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY

Our products are covered by a limited warranty from the date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty covers the rigid carbon fiber brace frame and hinge assembly for one-year. This warranty covers all other materials, including straps, padding and any other components for six months. The warranty covers defect of workmanship and materials, but DOES NOT cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, or the natural breakdown of colors and material through time, exposure or extensive use. This warranty does not cover chips, scratches, abrasions or other incidental damage to the braces outer shell, hinge assembly, plastic components, fasteners or strapping. If you suspect a defect in workmanship or material of a PODMX product, you may send the product to your PODMX distributor for warranty evaluation at any time within the first year of ownership. Ensure your brace is clean before returning. Charges will be assessed if cleaning is necessary. Damaged items covered by warranty will be repaired or replaced with items of comparable size and style, at PODMX's sole discretion. Damaged items not covered by warranty will be repaired, when possible, for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
